You can find chamomile tea bags in a number of grocery stores or even online. You can also make a cup of tea yourself by adding fresh or dried chamomile flowers to boiling water. Choose Lemons – You can turn to lemons, the natural fruit that has good contents of citric acid. Just add fresh lemon juice to water and keep sipping this in regular intervals. If you are facing nausea and it is due to constipation, you can even have warm water mixed with lemon juice. But also make sure you have a limited quantity as taking more lemon juice can also cause discomfort. The scent of lemon can also ease the uncomfortable feeling of nausea.
